The Spire of Soaring is in northern Demeniss. Enter through the mining tunnel near the tower’s lower-right cliffs, ride the fan’s updraft, then use Axiom Force to connect the middle-floor circuit and set the top dials to light the left, bottom, and right lines. Activating the Spire opens the route to the Crescent Skybridge in the Abyss.
Where to find the Spire of Soaring
Look in northern Demeniss. The tower’s lower entrance is a mining tunnel or cave near the cliffs to the right of the tower entrance. When facing the tower, head toward the lower right and descend along the cliffs to reach it.

You can also climb the outside of the tower and enter through a broken circular window. The available guides describe both routes but do not establish that either is universally easier.
How to reach the puzzle floors
Inside the lower level, jump over the fan and activate your glide to catch its updraft. The rising current carries you upward through the tower.

How to solve the middle-floor circuit
Use Axiom Force to rotate the wall discs until they form a continuous electrical path between the powered conduit sections at the lower left and lower right. When the connection is complete, the stone plate rises.
If the plate rises before you are standing on it, turn a disc out of alignment to lower it. Step onto the plate, then restore the circuit so it rises with you.
There is no reliable panel-by-panel rotation sequence in the available text instructions. Match the circuit to the layout shown in your game rather than relying on a fixed turn count; GameSpot notes that its guide was corrected after an earlier version showed a different layout.
