When was the April 2025 Splatoon 3 Splatfest?
Nintendo of America’s announcement listed the U.S. schedule as Friday, April 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. PT through Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. PT. Nintendo announced Spring Fest on April 8. What was the Spring Fest theme?
The question was, “When do you get things done: morning, noon, or night?” Players chose one of three teams: morning, noon, or night. Nintendo’s announcement provides no vote totals or final results, so it does not establish which option won.
How did the Splatfest work?
Players chose a cause and competed in Splatfest Battles to champion their side, aiming to ink more turf. Nintendo also highlighted Tricolor Turf War, described in the announcement as “4v2v2 matches”: the larger team defends the middle while two smaller teams attack from opposite sides of the map.

What rewards did Nintendo announce?
Nintendo Switch Online members who played during Spring Fest could earn 100 Platinum Points through the event mission and themed profile icon elements. Players could complete the mission without joining a Splatfest team. A paid Nintendo Switch Online membership was required to receive the icon elements, which Nintendo said would be distributed by early May 2025. These were rewards for the completed 2025 event, not an ongoing offer.
