At CES 2017, CyberPower showed a dual-PC Pro Streamer 2, two custom-cooled Luxe gaming systems and a Ryzen-based Syber XL. The display was about distinct designs and configurations—not a published performance comparison.
What made the Pro Streamer 2 a dual-PC system?
CyberPower’s Pro Streamer 2 was an enlarged update to the previous year’s system, with room for a standard ATX motherboard. Its two computers had separate jobs: the gaming PC sat in the upper section, while a mini-ITX streaming configuration occupied the lower section. The arrangement was intended to keep streaming work from using resources on the gaming PC.
HotHardware also described CyberPower’s “Hyper Liquid” cooling as fluorescent or UV-reactive liquid cooling. The report does not provide benchmark results or measurements that would establish how the system performed.
How did the two Luxe gaming systems differ?
The CES display included two Luxe builds. Both featured custom liquid cooling, but the cases and cooling layouts differed, and HotHardware supplied more component detail for the D-Frame system than for the Tower 900 build.

| Build | Case and cooling | Reported configuration |
|---|---|---|
| In-Win D-Frame Luxe | Open-air In-Win D-Frame chassis; custom liquid cooling with copper tubing. | Intel Core i7-7700K at 4.2 GHz; MSI Gaming Z270 Gaming M5 motherboard; 32 GB Adata XPG Dazzle DDR4-2133 memory; two MSI GeForce GTX 1080 cards in SLI; 512 GB Samsung 960 Pro PCIe NVMe M.2 storage; In-Win 1,065 W power supply; Windows 10 Home. |
| Thermaltake Tower 900 Luxe | Thermaltake Tower 900 with tempered glass on the front and sides; copper tubing and separate liquid-cooling systems for the CPU and graphics cards. | Full component list not stated in HotHardware’s report. |
The report documents two different presentation and cooling approaches, but gives no prices, temperatures, noise readings or benchmark results. It therefore does not support ranking one Luxe as faster or better-performing than the other.
What was in the Ryzen-based Syber XL?
CyberPower also displayed the Syber XL, described as a less luxurious but still premium Ryzen system. Its reported configuration was:

What the CES display does—and does not—establish
These are configurations reported from CyberPower’s CES suite in Las Vegas in 2017, not current product listings. HotHardware’s Paul Lilly published the show-floor report on January 6, 2017. It records the systems’ reported parts and design details, but does not establish present-day availability, pricing or measured performance. Read the HotHardware report.
