Where to get the NetWatch Netdriver Mk.1
- Reach character level 40.
- Visit a Ripperdoc and open the cyberware shop.
- Look in the Operating System or cyberdeck listings, then purchase and equip the NetWatch Netdriver Mk.1.

What level do you need?
The item-specific reference lists level 40 as the requirement. CD PROJEKT RED’s Update 2.0 announcement explains that vendor stock scales with player level and expands as the player reaches new Tiers. It does not name the Netdriver or confirm its specific level gate, which comes from secondary item references.
If the cyberdeck does not appear in the shop, confirm that your character has reached level 40 and check a Ripperdoc’s stock again. Stock scaling is the reason availability can change as you level.

Why older guides call it the NetWatch Netdriver Mk.5
The cyberdeck was called the NetWatch Netdriver Mk.5 before Update 2.0; its current name is Mk.1. Older guides using Mk.5 may therefore refer to the same item, not a different cyberdeck.
What the Netdriver does
The Netdriver is designed around hacking through devices. Its listed effects let you quickhack enemies and devices while scanning, make camera-uploaded quickhacks less traceable, reduce the RAM cost of Device and Vehicle quickhacks, and strengthen combat quickhacks uploaded through devices. Those bonuses favor a device-focused hacking approach; they do not make it a universal best cyberdeck.
