The “DARK SOULS: REMASTERED v1.03 (+15 Trainer)” is a historical PC trainer listing for DARK SOULS: REMASTERED. MegaGames describes 15 cheats, support for game versions v1.01–v1.03+, and single-player use; its description was last updated November 26, 2020, while the page separately shows a December 16, 2020 file date. Those are listing details from 2020, not proof that a download remains maintained or works with every current installation.
The safest way to read the page is as a compatibility snapshot: it tells you what the +15 variant claims to change, but it does not independently verify the file’s security, current compatibility, or online behavior. The complete option list and the important differences from another 23-option archive are below.

What the +15 trainer is
A trainer is a separate program that attempts to alter a running game’s values while the game is open. This listing targets the PC version of DARK SOULS: REMASTERED, rather than a console edition or a mod installed inside the game directory. Steam identifies the remaster as a 2018 PC release developed by QLOC and FromSoftware and published by FromSoftware and Bandai Namco; it includes the base game and the Artorias of the Abyss DLC. You can verify the game identity on Steam’s product page.
MegaGames labels the item “DARK SOULS: REMASTERED v1.03 (+15 Trainer)” and also uses the phrase “Dark Souls: Remastered Trainer/Cheat.” Its note is explicit: “Single player mode only.” The page’s version and date information should therefore be treated as historical metadata, not a continuing support promise.

All 15 options listed
The listing groups together character protection, resource manipulation, item and drop control, movement changes, and equipment maintenance. The names below follow the +15 page’s enumeration.
| Option | What it is intended to change |
|---|---|
| Infinite health | Prevents the player’s health from running down while the option is active. |
| Infinite spell usage | Removes or replenishes the normal spell-use limitation. |
| Infinite stamina | Keeps stamina from being depleted by actions that normally consume it. |
| Maximum humanity | Sets humanity to its maximum value according to the trainer’s implementation. |
| Infinite items | Maintains item quantities when items are consumed under the listing’s stated condition. |
| 100% drop rate | Forces an item drop whenever the game checks a drop chance. |
| Immunity to poison | Prevents poison buildup or its resulting status effect. |
| Immunity to bleeding | Prevents bleeding buildup or its resulting status effect. |
| Immunity to curse | Prevents curse buildup or its resulting status effect. |
| One-hit kills | Causes attacks that connect to defeat targets in one hit. |
| Infinite souls | Keeps the soul total from decreasing or supplies an effectively unlimited balance, depending on how the trainer applies the value. |
| Adding souls | Adds souls to the current total rather than merely preventing losses. |
| Game-speed control | Changes the speed at which the game simulation runs. |
| Zero weight | Removes equipment-load weight for the purpose of encumbrance calculations. |
| Infinite equipment durability | Stops equipped items from losing durability. |
Two caveats on the MegaGames page matter in practice. Infinite items takes effect when consuming an item only when the quantity is greater than one; it is not described as creating a first copy from an empty slot. The 100% drop-rate option also sets humanity to maximum, so enabling it may change more than the chance of receiving a dropped item. Both details come from the listing itself at MegaGames.
Version range, dates, and mode restriction
The +15 page says it supports v1.01–v1.03+ in its description. The “v1.03” wording in the title and the “v1.01–v1.03+” range are not the same as a modern compatibility test. A current Steam installation can differ because of updates, executable changes, regional builds, overlays, or other software loaded into the process.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches| Listing | Options | Claimed game versions | Date information | Stated mode |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MegaGames +15 page | 15 | v1.01–v1.03+ | Description updated November 26, 2020; page file date December 16, 2020 | Single-player only |
| Separate FLiNG archive entry | 23 | v1.01–v1.04+ | Last updated November 22, 2022 | Offline mode only |
The second row is a different archive entry. Its larger option count, later date, and v1.04+ range do not upgrade the +15 trainer’s claims. Do not assume that a 23-option file is an updated build of the 15-option file, or that “offline mode only” and “single-player mode only” describe identical technical restrictions.

How to decide whether the listing matches your copy
- Confirm the platform. The evidence concerns the PC game listed on Steam. A console copy, an emulated copy, or a different executable is outside the stated scope.
- Check the installed game build. Record the version shown by your launcher or game files before starting the trainer. The +15 page’s range ends at the v1.03-era claim; a different build should be treated as unverified.
- Match the exact variant. Confirm that the page says +15, not the separate 23-option archive. Option count and mode wording are useful identifiers.
- Use a separate test save. Back up your normal save files before experimenting. Resource, humanity, drop, speed, and one-hit changes can alter progression in ways that are difficult to reverse.
- Keep the test offline and single-player. This follows the +15 listing’s own restriction. Do not treat the trainer as suitable for online play merely because a toggle appears to work.
- Start with one option. Enable only the change you are testing, observe the result, then disable it before trying another. This makes a version mismatch easier to identify and limits unintended changes.
The source does not document hotkeys, launch order, administrator requirements, or an installation procedure. Those details vary by build and should not be guessed from the option names. Use only instructions supplied with the exact file you have, and stop if they require bypassing a security control you cannot independently validate.
What each group of options changes in a playthrough
Survival and combat
Infinite health, infinite stamina, the three status immunities, and one-hit kills remove most of the game’s ordinary combat constraints. They are not small quality-of-life adjustments: together they can eliminate damage management, endurance timing, status resistance, and enemy durability. Testing them separately is important if you want to understand which effect is responsible for a changed encounter.
Spells, souls, humanity, and inventory
Infinite spell usage affects casting limits, while infinite souls and adding souls affect the currency used for leveling and purchases. Maximum humanity changes a character-state resource. Infinite items affects consumables only under the page’s “quantity greater than one” condition, and 100% drop rate changes loot outcomes while also setting humanity to maximum. These options can alter progression and inventory state even when the player is not in combat.

Zero weight changes encumbrance calculations, which can affect movement choices that normally depend on equipment load. Game-speed control changes the simulation rate rather than granting a particular item or stat. Infinite equipment durability removes the normal wear cost from gear. Speed changes are especially difficult to evaluate if several other options are active, because timing-sensitive behavior may no longer resemble an ordinary run.

Security and download precautions
The MegaGames page warns that antivirus software and browsers may identify trainers as malware. The page then characterizes those alerts as usually false, but the reviewed information does not independently substantiate that reassurance. No security scan, code review, or current maintenance assessment establishes that a particular download is safe.
- Prefer a source with a clear file history and verify that the filename, option count, and version description match the page you intended to use.
- Scan the download with your security software and do not disable protection simply to force an executable to run.
- Keep the trainer and the game in a separate test environment when possible, and do not run an unknown file with elevated privileges unless there is a documented, verifiable reason.
- Back up saves before launching the game with memory-changing software.
- Do not sign into online services or use the trainer in multiplayer. The +15 listing explicitly limits it to single-player.
These precautions do not certify a file; they reduce the consequences of a bad download or an incompatible process modification.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Troubleshooting an incompatible or ineffective trainer
No option has an effect
First recheck the executable and version range. A page describing v1.01–v1.03+ cannot establish support for a later or differently packaged build. Make sure the game is running before attempting any trainer action, then test one option at a time. If nothing changes, stop rather than repeatedly toggling every option.
The game closes or behaves erratically
Disable all options, return to the backed-up save, and relaunch the game without the trainer. Test the trainer only after the unmodified game works normally. Avoid combining game-speed control with combat, drop-rate, or resource changes during diagnosis because multiple altered values make the cause harder to isolate.

Inventory or humanity changed unexpectedly
Review whether 100% drop rate was enabled: the listing says that option also sets humanity to maximum. For infinite items, check whether the consumed item quantity was greater than one, since the page gives that condition for the effect.
A security product blocks the file
Do not interpret the block as proof of malware or proof of safety. The listing acknowledges detection, but no independent evidence here resolves the alert. Keep protection enabled unless you can verify the file through a trusted, current process, and discard the download if its origin or contents are unclear.
What to buy, and what not to confuse with the trainer
The underlying product is the PC game DARK SOULS: REMASTERED, not a physical “trainer” accessory. Steam’s listing identifies the 2018 release and its included Artorias of the Abyss DLC. A trainer is separate software and does not provide a game license, the DLC, or a replacement for the game executable. If you are matching a retail listing, verify the platform and edition before purchasing; the evidence here confirms the Steam PC game but does not verify physical PC inventory.
Bottom line for prospective users
The +15 trainer is best understood as a dated, single-player PC listing with 15 clearly enumerated effects and a claimed v1.01–v1.03+ range. Its infinite-items and drop-rate behavior has specific caveats, and a separate 23-option archive entry should not be treated as the same file. Because no reviewed source verifies present-day compatibility, maintenance, or download safety, use the listing as historical documentation, test only offline with backed-up saves, and avoid assuming that a successful launch means every option is reliable.
