It is listed for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, iOS, and Android, though editions, features, and availability vary by platform and region.
What is Delivery From the Pain?
It is a survival adventure set during a zombie outbreak. The story centers on an anti-cancer institute’s claimed discovery of eternal life and the failed vaccine effort connected to it; the player investigates the Human X Plan while trying to survive. That plot summary comes from GameFAQs, while platform storefronts emphasize the practical premise: stay alive and find a way out.
On Steam, the publisher describes a loop of exploring, meeting survivors, choosing whether to help or exploit them, defending against zombies, collecting resources, crafting, and fortifying a shelter. The game is listed as single-player on Steam. Nintendo’s US listing specifies one player on one system, with TV, tabletop, and handheld play modes.
How does the gameplay work?
Explore and manage danger
Store descriptions advertise exploration across a large urban environment, stealth, weapon use, and encounters with survivors whose timelines shape the story. Nintendo’s publisher-provided description advertises more than ten zombie types and four boss monsters; these are listed features, not independently verified counts.

Make choices and prepare your shelter
Dialogue and decisions can affect how the story unfolds, and the game advertises multiple endings. Gathering resources, crafting, study or research, and workshop decisions feed into preparation and survival. The central tension is whether to spend time and supplies improving your position, take risks to explore, or rely on other survivors.
