The Delta Force: Hawk Ops – Official Hazard Operations Overview Trailer is an August 2024 look at the extraction mode as it appeared in the game’s PC Alpha. The project was renamed Delta Force later that month, and the game’s current official site calls the mode Operations. The trailer is useful as a snapshot of the mode’s early presentation—not as a guide to current rules or platform availability.

What the August 2024 trailer shows

GameTrailers’ verified YouTube listing describes “Delta Force: Hawk Ops – Official Hazard Operations Overview Trailer” as an overview of Hazard Operations, one of two modes in the PC Alpha. The listing calls the game a free-to-play first-person online action shooter developed by TiMi Studio. Its “launching soon” platform language and Alpha status refer to the situation in August 2024, not a current availability list.

The trailer’s name reflects the branding at the time: the project was still called Delta Force: Hawk Ops. On August 20, 2024, the publisher announced, “Delta Force: Hawk Ops is now simply Delta Force,” alongside its PC Early Access reveal trailer. The announcement and trailer also presented Hazard Operations as an extraction-shooter experience alongside large-scale Havoc Warfare.

How Hazard Operations worked in the PC Alpha

The official July 24, 2024 PC Alpha announcement gives the clearest description of the mode shown in the trailer. It called the experience “Welcome to the extraction shooter, Delta Force style!” and outlined a risk-and-reward loop:

  1. Prepare: Select weapons, armor, and health items before deployment.
  2. Deploy as a squad: Enter the match with a three-person squad.
  3. Search for resources: Gather valuable items while contending with AI-controlled forces and rival player squads.
  4. Reach an extraction point: Try to leave with the loot you collected rather than risk losing it in the field.

In the Alpha rules described by the announcement, elimination or failure to reach extraction could cost players the weapons and items they brought in, as well as loot collected during the match. Items stored in the safebox were the stated exception. These are Alpha-era rules; the announcement does not establish that every detail remains unchanged in the current game.

What the current name and mode label mean

The game is now branded Delta Force, without “Hawk Ops.” Its current official site presents the extraction shooter as Operations. The site says squads can reach extraction points to secure supplies and that multiple extraction routes are available. That current framing connects the mode to the trailer, but it does not confirm that the Alpha’s exact loadout, loss, or safebox rules still apply.

Garena’s official regional site adds that a three-person squad can include operators from four classic classes, and describes a high-value MandelBrick objective: the carrier is revealed to other squads while decoding it. These details come from Garena’s regional material, so they should not be assumed to describe identical publishing arrangements or gameplay in every region.

How to read the trailer’s platform language

The GameTrailers listing said in August 2024 that the game was “launching soon” on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, iOS, Android, and PC (Steam), while noting that the PC Alpha was then available. That is a dated promotional statement, not a reliable guide to what can be played today. Platform availability can vary by region and date; check the official game channels for current access information.

What the trailer can—and cannot—tell you

  • It can tell you: Hazard Operations was presented in 2024 as a three-person extraction mode built around preparing a loadout, collecting resources, facing AI and enemy players, and trying to extract.
  • It cannot establish: Whether every Alpha mechanic survived into the current Operations mode, whether all regions share the same features, or the game’s present platform availability.
  • It is not a comparative verdict: The trailer and cited official descriptions do not support claims that the mode is better than other extraction games or that any one feature is unique to it.
