Are optional wipes confirmed in Delta Force now?

What would a wipe choice mean for Operations players?

The report does not provide a complete list of which inventory, stash items, or progression systems would reset or carry over. Without a current official ruleset, there is no reliable item-by-item comparison to make against a mandatory wipe system.
