Blizzard later listed three follow-ups: 2.0.3a, 2.0.3b, and 2.0.3c. These are historical changes from the 2.0.3-era game, not a description of the current game.

What changed in Diablo 4 patch 2.0.3?
Rune and Masterworking interface
- The Rune crafting notification now names the Rune being crafted instead of the Runes used to make it.
- Random Rune recipes at the Jeweler now show which Runes are required.
- Socket tooltips use “swap” to describe exchanging a Rune and a Gem, and Rune and Runeword tooltips were revised to explain their effects.
- The Masterworking tooltip now specifies that an item must be Tempered twice before it can be Masterworked.
Tributes
Rare Tribute drop rates increased. Drop rates for other Tribute rarities were unchanged.

Realmwalker and Season of Hatred Rising
- The Realmwalker’s base movement speed increased by around 15%. Each killed wave of Bloodbound Guardians adds another 10%; Blizzard’s example says killing all three waves adds 30% on top of the base increase.
- The event no longer reduces spawns when only one player follows the Realmwalker, and the maximum number of simultaneous spawns increased from 15 to 20.
- The Realmwalker gained a low chance to summon a Treasure Goblin.
- Blizzard removed one Hatred Spire from the Nahantu ritual phase. Three continue to spawn in Estuar.
- The Hatred Rising map icon was replaced with the event icon. The notes also cite miscellaneous changes intended to make event progress quicker.
Sorcerer, Mythic Uniques, and Tempering
- The Overheating Aspect now scales with Incinerate Skill Ranks, while the Charged Flash Aspect scales with Charged Bolts Skill Ranks.
- Blizzard increased Life or All Stats values on Doombringer, Shattered Vow, The Grandfather, Shroud of False Death, Nesekem, the Herald, Harlequin Crest, and Andariel’s Visage.
- The minimum damage values for Legendary Elemental Surge Tempering Affixes increased from 300 to 900. Their maximum values did not change.
Other fixes in the main update
The October 17 notes also list accessibility fixes affecting the PlayStation 4 screen-reader voice and the Mercenaries Reinforcement tab; a Zakarum Remnants reward item-type issue; an Artificer’s Stones reward issue; a Season Journey objective favor issue; a Seething Opal buff behavior issue; and a reduction to Varshan’s barrier. The October 23 2.0.3b entry fixed two specific reward problems: Hydras dropping Obducite in Nightmare Dungeons, and Whisper rewards being granted without consuming Grim Favors. It also listed stability improvements. The October 21 2.0.3a and October 24 2.0.3c entries list stability improvements; 2.0.3c was for PC only.
