On 12 November 2025, Embark said it had lowered ARC Raiders cosmetic prices “where applicable,” with revised prices scheduled to take effect on 13 November at 10:30 CET. Players who had already paid the old prices were promised automatic compensation for the difference in Raider Tokens—not cash.
What Embark announced
In its Duo Matchmaking and Store Update, dated 12 November 2025, the ARC Raiders team said: “We’ve reviewed our prices and made adjustments to lower prices where applicable.” The qualification matters: Embark announced targeted reductions, not a discount on every cosmetic or bundle.
The revised prices were scheduled to go live on 13 November 2025 at 10:30 CET.
What happened to earlier purchases?
Embark said players who had bought affected items at the previous prices would receive the difference automatically in Raider Tokens during the following week. The announcement described those tokens as being “refunded,” but the stated compensation was in-game currency, not a cash refund.

The announcement does not spell out account-level eligibility rules, regional or platform coverage, or confirm that every eligible account ultimately received the credit. It records what Embark promised and the intended timeframe.
Which cosmetics became cheaper?
Embark did not name affected items or publish old and new prices, so the announcement does not establish which specific skins, bundles, or other cosmetics were reduced—or how much any individual item’s price changed.
What Raider Tokens can be used for
Embark’s disclosures describe Raider Tokens as in-game currency usable for Raider Decks, bundles, and cosmetic items including outfits, backpacks, charms, emotes, and Scrappy outfits. The promised adjustment therefore returned value as spendable in-game currency rather than money.

The Epic Games Store ARC Raiders FAQ says in-game store cosmetic purchases are generally final and non-refundable. That general rule and Embark’s price-change announcement address different situations: the November announcement promised an automatic Raider Token adjustment for the difference after prices changed. It did not announce a general reversal of the non-refund policy.
