What is Geometry Dash’s all-time Steam player peak?
SteamDB’s Geometry Dash Steam Charts lists an all-time high of 109,993 concurrent players on March 7, 2026. The game is Steam App ID 322170, developed and published by RobTop Games, and its Steam release date is December 22, 2014.
The figure is a concurrent-player peak: the number of people playing at the same time. It is not a daily or monthly player total. The chart result does not confirm that Geometry Dash later surpassed that number in October.
Why did Steam show roughly 58,000 Geometry Dash players?
Valve’s official Steam: Game and Player Statistics page showed roughly 58,000 current players in snapshots updated October 7, 2026. That is a point-in-time count, not a record measurement. Current players can rise and fall, and a live count alone cannot establish a new all-time high.

Did Geometry Dash randomly smash its record 12 years after release?
The record-breaking claim is unconfirmed by the cited data. SteamDB’s reported peak is dated March 7, 2026, while the October Steam figures are current-player snapshots. The release date was December 22, 2014, so describing the 2026 activity as “12 years later” is approximate: the anniversary falls in December.
The available figures do not establish why the game had tens of thousands of players online in October, or whether there was a separate, later spike. They do not support attributing activity to an update, streamer, sale, school holiday, or viral trend.

How to tell whether a new record has actually been set
A record claim needs a historical concurrent-player peak, not just a large current count. Check the historical chart for a peak above 109,993 and note the date and time and the data provider. Until that comparison confirms a higher value, the March 7 peak remains the reported all-time high in the figures cited here.
