Is Mario & Luigi: Brothership still unreleased?
No. The leak story is historical. Nintendo’s US store lists November 7, 2024 as the release date and offers a physical Nintendo Switch edition. Nintendo’s launch announcement described Brothership as an island-hopping RPG: Mario and Luigi travel from Shipshape Island, a ship that is also an island, through the fractured islands of Concordia, working to reconnect them.

What kind of game is Brothership?
Nintendo describes the adventure as an RPG with exploration, action encounters, and turn-based battles. Bros. Moves help the brothers overcome obstacles, while Bros. Attacks are used in combat. The premise and mechanics are confirmed game information, separate from the unconfirmed leak claim.
