How to reach the Haunted Floating Festival
The festival takes place on an island reached through the Plaza portal, according to My Dreamlight Valley’s event listing. Its dates of October 22–November 11 apply to the 2025 run, not the 2026 event; a 2026 end date is not established.
Ghostly Zero fox: Clawed Foot Tub
Find Haunted Skeleton Fish beside Zero’s House and feed one to the roaming ghost fox. Its first feeding each day gives one memory piece. You need four pieces, so return on four separate days; feeding it repeatedly on the same day does not speed up the sequence. When the memory is complete, dig at the hearse location shown in the image to claim the Clawed Foot Tub.
Combination Pillar: Haunted Festival Dress
The pillar behind the Haunted Mansion uses symbols found around the island as clues to the sequence. Enter them in this order:

Terror-rific Tree: items, locations, and reward
The nearby book’s riddle points to black feathers from fearless birds, bony fish near a companion’s tombstone, and pale blooms near the most haunted house. Deposit these items:

- 15 Haunted Skeleton Fish: beside Zero’s House.
- 10 Haunted White Roses: next to the Haunted Mansion.
The reward is a pouch containing the Terror-rific Tree. The item guide says feathers and fish respawn 10 minutes after collection, up to three of each, while roses respawn after 15 minutes, up to three. Potion Brewer’s House: brew the Black Cauldron
Follow the clue’s references to a thorny white bloom, a feline fish, two fleshless fish favored by the ghostly fox, and an en-garde fish. Add:

Answer all four questions in this order:
- How many blue pumpkins are on the island? Six.
- Which animal is inside the Scary Surprise Box? A cat.
- How many graves are there? Seven.
- What is Ghostly Zero’s favorite food? Blue Skele-Fish.
Four correct answers award Haunted Armor furniture.
Haunted House: return the missing books
Before unlocking the back room, light the Jack-o’-Lanterns using the Repaired Haunted Key. Then move the books through these rooms:

- Find Boo! The Big Book of Bat Facts by Paul Tergeist in the back room and return it to the front room.
- Find Frightening Flowers by I.M. Skaired in the front room and return it to the hallway.
- Find The Chilling Cosmos by T. Rick Ortreat in the hallway and return it to the storage room.
- Find Terrifying Tunes by Major Frite in the storage room and return it to the first bookshelf in the back room.
Completing the resulting memory puzzle awards a Chomping Chest.
Bedroom combination puzzle
This puzzle requires the Repaired Haunted Key and uses symbol clues displayed inside the house. The currently available guide presents the solution as images without readable symbol names, so an exact combination cannot be given reliably here.

Basement door puzzle
In the unlocked back room, use the Pickaxe to break the lion statue with a key in its mouth. It is to the right of the bookstand. Take the Eerie Basement Door Key to the basement door outside the Haunted House; the chest inside awards an Eerie Basement Door.
