No Disney Lorcana Challenge ticket sale for the week of October 8, 2026 is confirmed by the official information available. Ravensburger’s March announcement set March sale dates for the 2026 North American and European Championships; both have passed. The official calendar lists later events in Bangkok and London, but does not establish their ticket-sale dates or current availability.
Are Disney Lorcana Challenge tickets going on sale this week?
There is no verified basis to say that tickets go on sale during the week of October 8, 2026. The headline’s “this week” claim cannot be tied to a specific current sale from the official listings. Check the official Lorcana Challenge event page for the event you want, and look for its event-specific ticket or registration link before making plans.
Ravensburger’s March 12, 2026 announcement gave these sale dates for the two 2026 championships:

- A TEAM OF CHARACTERS: Each of the two prebuilt decks is filled with special versions of Disney friends called "glimmers" that are ready to join you on your adventure. With Disney Lorcana Gateway, you’ll learn both how to play them and ways they can work together.
- GET READY TO CHALLENGE: As with any Disney adventure, you’re bound to run into a few obstacles, whether it's a villain, a rival, or some friendly competition. Clear your path to victory by sending your glimmers to challenge these adversaries. The guides in the box show you how and help you sharpen this skill for an even faster win.
- YOUR QUEST TO WIN: Every round is a race for a magical story star. The more “lore” you collect, the closer you get to that prize. We’ll show you how to make the most of every quest with the help of your glimmers.
- UNLOCK MORE CARDS AS YOU GO: As you progress, you’ll unlock different gates letting you add more card types to your hand. You’ll discover songs, items, and Floodborn glimmers as well as how these help you along your quest.
Which later events are listed?
The official event calendar lists Bangkok, Thailand, for October 31–November 1, 2026, and London, UK, for November 13–15, 2026. The calendar listing establishes that these events are scheduled; it does not establish a ticket release date, open registration, or remaining inventory. Confirm the details on the event-specific page rather than assuming a sale is imminent.

Does an attendee ticket qualify you to play?
Not necessarily. The announcement distinguished attendee admission from a paid Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) entry. Treat spectator admission and tournament participation as separate until the specific event’s rules say otherwise; check whether tournament entry requires its own ticket, qualification, or registration.

A D23 qualifier had a separate process and should not be confused with championship tickets. D23 listed a $75 tournament entry, a 128-player cap, and a requirement for full-day D23 badges on both Saturday and Sunday. Its sale date was July 14, 2026, which has passed. Those terms applied to that D23 qualifier, not to the later Bangkok or London events.

For the 2026 championships, Ravensburger said children 12 and under could enter free with a ticketed adult, limited to one child per ticketed adult. If a child wanted to enter a tournament requiring paid entry, the adult had to purchase a badge for that child. These were terms announced for those championships; verify the rules for any later event before attending.

How to check registration for a specific event
- Open the official Lorcana Challenge event page and select the event by location and date.
- Follow the event’s own ticket or registration link. Confirm whether it is for attendee admission, tournament entry, or both.
- Check that event’s current terms for sale timing, price, qualification requirements, age rules, and any separate venue or convention admission requirement.
- Use the event-specific official route to register. A calendar listing alone is not proof that registration is open, and the available information does not establish ticket scarcity or sellout speed.
