No secret room is described in a standard generated pillager outpost. The documented structure is a tower occupied by pillagers and their captains; it may also have cages containing allays or iron golems. Those cages are ordinary outpost features, not evidence of a hidden chamber.
What a standard pillager outpost contains
Minecraft Help describes pillager outposts as “Towers that are inhabited by pillagers and their captains.” It also notes that allays and iron golems can appear in cages at outposts. See Minecraft Help’s guide to rare structures.
Mojang says outposts use jigsaw-based generation, a method for assembling structure pieces. The Village & Pillage release article and Java Snapshot 18W47B notes describe that generation, but do not identify a hidden room, secret door, or concealed puzzle.
Why an outpost might look unusual
An odd chamber or passage does not establish that vanilla outposts contain a secret room. Mods and custom maps can change structures, and terrain or another generated structure may intersect an outpost. These possibilities can explain an unusual layout, but they are not documented secret features of the standard outpost.
