No. WickedWhims and WonderfulWhims are listed as conflicting mods on each other’s official download pages. Choose one; don’t install or run both together.
Why can’t you use both mods?
The official WonderfulWhims download page lists “WickedWhims” under conflicting mods. The official WickedWhims download page likewise lists “WonderfulWhims.” The incompatibility is stated by both mod creators, not just inferred from player reports.
Installing either mod correctly does not override that warning. If you want to use one, remove the other rather than placing both in your Mods folder.
How to choose and install one
- Pick one mod. Use the official download pages to compare each mod’s current release details and supported Sims 4 game versions: WonderfulWhims or WickedWhims.
- Check your game version. Confirm that the mod you chose supports the version of The Sims 4 you have installed. Game patches and mod releases change, so check the page again after an update.
- Install only the chosen mod. For WonderfulWhims, the official installation guide says to place its mod folder directly in the game’s Mods folder.
- Enable the required settings for WonderfulWhims. In The Sims 4, enable custom content and script mods in game options. WonderfulWhims’ guide says these settings need to be enabled again after a game update.
What if both are already installed?
Remove one mod and keep only the one you intend to use. The official pages establish the conflict, but they do not specify a universal save-cleanup procedure or guarantee what will happen to every existing save after removal. Don’t assume that removing a mod automatically repairs a save; check the chosen mod’s current guidance if you encounter problems.
