Yes. In Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, the Elite Four are followed by the Champion Assessment battle against Geeta. After you defeat her, Nemona challenges you in Mesagoza for the final battle of the Victory Road storyline.

When do you battle Nemona after beating Geeta?

Nemona’s battle happens after the Elite Four and Geeta—not immediately after the Elite Four inside the Pokémon League. Continue the Victory Road story after defeating Geeta, then meet Nemona in central Mesagoza. Winning this fight concludes Victory Road.

How to prepare for Nemona’s final story battle

Nintendo Life’s guide lists Nemona’s final-story team at levels 65–66. Her last Pokémon is the evolved starter with a type advantage over the starter you chose. Ground- and Fighting-type attacks are useful general options against her team, but no particular team composition is required.

Can you battle Nemona again in the postgame?

Yes, but the rematch is separate from the Victory Road finale. The Academy Ace Tournament becomes available after you complete the game and rematch all eight Gym Leaders. You enter it from the Academy.
