The defensible conclusion is: offline single-player is likely after you install and start the game successfully while online, but it is not officially guaranteed by the current requirements. The distinction matters because the title is still unreleased and its final authentication or launcher behavior could change before November 12, 2026.
How to prepare for an offline session
