Ordinary manual play is distinct from using software to automate gameplay. Supercell says that using prohibited third-party software to gain an unfair advantage can result in a permanent ban for the offending account.
What has Supercell said about bot bans?
In an April 30, 2024 update, the Clash of Clans Team said it would run regular ban waves targeting bot accounts and stated that accounts identified as bots were being permanently banned. In a June 26, 2024 update, the team reiterated that it was targeting bot accounts and players using third-party software, with permanent bans for accounts identified as bots.
