Does Crimson Desert Support Intel GPUs? Arc Support Was Added After Launch

Pearl Abyss added Intel Arc support for Crimson Desert on PC after launch. The original refund-policy advice was part of its launch FAQ, not a current support status.

Yes—Crimson Desert now supports Intel Arc graphics cards on PC. The “no support” answer and refund-policy wording came from Pearl Abyss’s launch FAQ; the developer later added Arc support in version 1.03.00. Pearl Abyss says compatibility and performance across Intel GPUs will continue to improve, so the patch notes do not guarantee equal results for every Intel model.

What Pearl Abyss said at launch

At launch, Pearl Abyss’s FAQ answered “Does Crimson Desert support Intel Arc?” with no. It said Intel Arc graphics cards were not supported and told buyers who had purchased the game expecting Arc support to refer to the refund policy of the platform where they bought it. The statement did not promise a refund or establish whether any buyer qualified. TechRadar reported the FAQ on March 20, 2026.

When Intel Arc support was added

Pearl Abyss subsequently said it was working on Intel Arc compatibility and optimization, as PC Gamer reported on March 23, 2026. The developer then added support for Intel Arc GPUs on PC in version 1.03.00. The official patch notes, revised April 11, 2026, say compatibility and performance across various Intel GPUs will continue to improve: Pearl Abyss version 1.03.00 patch notes.

What the support statement does—and does not—cover

The patch notes establish that PC support for Intel Arc GPUs was added, but they do not provide a complete compatibility list or show that every Intel GPU performs equally. They also do not resolve the status or performance of every integrated Intel graphics model. Treat support as a compatibility milestone, not a guarantee of a specific experience on your hardware.

If you bought the game expecting Intel Arc support

The launch FAQ’s refund wording was a direction to consult the purchasing platform’s policy, not a refund guarantee. If you are considering a refund, check the current rules and eligibility requirements on the platform where you bought Crimson Desert; those rules can vary by platform and purchase circumstances.
