Yes. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered mixes newly recorded dialogue with original voice material that Bethesda says it retained. Is the whole game re-voiced?
No such claim is supported by Bethesda’s statements. Its wording is “some” new voices, with the originals kept too. Bethesda has not provided a character-by-character or line-by-line account of the changes, so there is no reliable basis here for naming particular actors or claiming a specific role was recast.

Why does the remaster keep the original voices?
Bethesda described the project as a remaster rather than a remake: “We never wanted to remake it – but remaster it – where the original game was there as you remember playing it, but seen through today’s technology.” Voice work fits that preservation approach: original material remains, with new recordings added as part of the update.
