Yes. As of October 8, 2026, Steam’s PC listing for The First Berserker: Khazan says the game incorporates Denuvo Anti-tamper and specifies a limit of five different PC activations within a day. That disclosure applies to the Steam listing; it does not establish the DRM used by the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S versions.
Does The First Berserker: Khazan have Denuvo?
Steam’s product page explicitly states: “Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Denuvo Anti-tamper.” It also displays a “5 different PC within a day machine activation limit.” Those are disclosures on the game’s Steam store listing, rather than a general statement about every version of the game.
What does the five-PC activation limit mean?
Steam’s listing gives a limit of five different PC machine activations within a day. The wording is Steam’s disclosure for this game; it should not be read as a limit on the number of times you can launch the game, nor as a statement about console installations.
Does Denuvo apply to the PlayStation and Xbox versions?
SEGA lists The First Berserker: Khazan for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on its official title page. The Denuvo statement cited here is specifically on Steam’s PC listing. The available platform information does not establish whether the console versions use Denuvo or another DRM implementation.

As of October 8, 2026, Steam’s listing still identifies Denuvo Anti-tamper as third-party DRM. No removal announcement or future removal date is established by the cited information. Store disclosures can change, so this describes the listing at that date rather than guaranteeing the status of later game builds.

The Steam listing identifies the game as developed by Neople, published by NEXON, and released on March 27, 2025. The Denuvo status in this article refers to that Steam PC product page, not to a separately verified test of the game’s files or to other platforms.
