Availability elsewhere is not established by these country lists, so check Nintendo’s guidance for the country or region on your account.

What you can pay for with PayPal
In the documented North American and UK/European markets, Nintendo says PayPal can be used to add funds to an eShop balance and to buy Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch software. Adding funds puts money in the account balance first; it is distinct from using PayPal as the payment method for a particular purchase. The available method and purchase options depend on the region attached to the account.
How to link PayPal to your Nintendo Account
Nintendo’s North American instructions describe linking through the eShop. You will need access to a smart device and a PayPal account, or the ability to create one.
