Unnamed ore-node location
The same database lists another pickup on the ground near an ore node at X 5360, Y 5259, under its “Dungeon & Town Maps” section. The entry available does not identify the place by name, so the coordinates alone may not be enough to plan a route. Gamer Guides describes Gold Ore more generally as occurring among the mountains and crags of Vermund’s hinterlands.
Getting two Gold Ore for Daphne
During The Gift of Giving, Daphne asks for two pieces of Gold Ore after the Silver Ore step. PowerPyx says the marked Gold Ore point is near the two marked Silver Ore spots. Its walkthrough lists three ways to meet the request: mine at the marked area, purchase the ore, or use Gold Ore already in your inventory. Read the PowerPyx quest walkthrough.

Third-party databases also list acquisition through traveling merchant Mariette and, in GameWith’s Japanese guide updated May 10, 2024, drops from Griffins and Golems and Sorent’s shop in Bakbattahl.
