Where to find the Dragonscale Blade
Defeat the Dragonkin Soldier in the Lake of Rot to obtain the Dragonscale Blade. The weapon reference lists it as a guaranteed drop. The Lake’s Scarlet Rot can make reaching and fighting the boss more difficult; platforms in the nearby area can be raised to help manage the encounter.

Requirements and weapon identity
The weapon is a katana with minimum requirements of 12 Strength and 20 Dexterity. Its in-game description calls it a blade made by sharpening a Gravel Stone scale, which is thought to be the source of ancient dragon immortality.

What Ice Lightning Sword does
Ice Lightning Sword calls down a bolt of ice lightning into the blade, then brings the weapon down on a foe. The ice lightning effect remains on the weapon for a while after the strike. The skill reference describes this effect but does not establish a current damage value or duration here.

What is known about patch changes
Bandai Namco’s official version 1.07 patch notes mention Ice Lightning Sword. That mention alone does not establish the precise change made to the skill, so it should not be treated as a complete patch history or a current performance benchmark.
