Drunken Goddess Reflux is announced for PC via Steam on December 8, 2026, with a demo announced for October 19. Steam’s store page still showed its release date as “To be announced” when checked, so the December date is the date reported in the announcement rather than a date currently confirmed on the store listing.
When does Drunken Goddess Reflux come out?
Alliance Arts and WHO YOU are developing Drunken Goddess Reflux, with Alliance Arts also serving as publisher. Gematsu reported the December 8, 2026 PC release announcement on October 8, 2026. Steam’s listing, however, continued to display “To be announced” at the time of that report. The two dates describe different things: the announced launch schedule and the date shown on the Steam store page. Gematsu’s October 8 announcement coverage reports the announced date; Steam’s listing shows the store’s displayed status.

Is there a demo?
Yes. A demo was announced for October 19, 2026. That is the announced date; the announcement coverage does not establish a separate demo release time or confirm its availability in every region. Fuyuki Hayashi, head developer at Alliance Arts, said: “The overwhelming community response to everything we have shown for Drunken Goddess Reflux has been nothing short of amazing,” and added, “With Steam Next Fest around the corner, everyone can finally get a taste with the debut demo, and to lend their voice to development as we approach launch in December.” The statement and demo date were reported by Gematsu.
What kind of game is Drunken Goddess Reflux?
Steam describes it as a single-player game set at Pandemonium, a bar in Hell, where the player faces Femme Soule, a demon, in a shot-glass Russian roulette contest. The fictional premise has the player drinking and using tricks in an effort to make the demon spill her soul. This is the game’s stylized survival setup, not real-world drinking advice or a requirement for players to drink.

- A mature-content notice stating that the game may include frequent violence or gore and general mature content.
Platforms, languages, and PC requirements
The announcement is for PC via Steam. Steam lists English and Simplified Chinese interface and subtitles, plus Japanese interface, full audio, and subtitles. Its minimum PC requirements are Windows 10/11 64-bit, an Intel Core i5-9400 processor, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with 4 GB of memory. The recommended section shown on the listing provides only the operating system, so no recommended processor or graphics card is specified there.
