Fix 4: Check 32-bit application behavior on 64-bit Windows

Time needed: 5–15 minutes

A 32-bit application normally runs on 64-bit Windows through Windows-on-Windows compatibility. Its private DLL should remain beside the application executable, not in a global Windows folder.

Do not copy dsgsvr10.dll into either of these locations:

C:WindowsSystem32

Despite the confusing names, neither directory is a universal destination for third-party application DLLs. System32 is used for native system components, while SysWOW64 contains many 32-bit Windows compatibility components.
