PC Gamer reported a launch time of 9 a.m. PDT on September 18, 2025. PDT is UTC−7, making that 16:00 UTC on the same date. The UTC figure is a time-zone conversion of PC Gamer’s reported time, not a separate time Techland published.

Why did the release date change?
Techland first announced September 18, 2025, then changed the date to September 19 on July 25. The studio said it wanted four additional weeks for polishing, including gameplay balance, UI clarity, physics, cutscenes, and animations. In its July 25 announcement, Techland wrote: “To honor this promise, we’ve made the decision to move the release date to September 19, 2025 to allow for extra polishing work.”
On September 12, Techland announced that the release would move forward again to September 18. The same post said more than 1 million players had secured a copy before launch; that was Techland’s own reported figure, not an independently audited sales result.
