The “Dying Light Trainer (+22 Options)” is a third-party cheat-tool listing for the original PC game, not an official game feature. The matching page identifies original Dying Light v1.52.0 as its target. Its rendered list names 16 options, despite the “+22” label, so the title should be treated as a listing label rather than a verified count of working cheats.
Below is what the listing actually names, how it differs from other Dying Light trainer pages, and how to judge whether a file matches your game installation. Neither referenced page independently verifies current compatibility, malware safety, publisher authorization, or suitability for multiplayer.

What the Dying Light +22 trainer is
A trainer is a separate program intended to alter a game while it is running. CheatBook describes its page as a trainer for Dying Light, rather than a setting built into the game. The listing is therefore best understood as a historical compatibility entry for a particular game build, not as a guarantee that a download will work on every installation sold under the Dying Light name.
The page title says “+22 Options,” but the feature text visible on that page contains fewer than 22 separately named entries. No source supplied with the listing identifies the missing items, explains whether some entries are grouped together, or confirms that every named option still functions. It would be misleading to invent the difference or present 22 as a tested feature count. You can inspect the source listing at CheatBook’s Dying Light Trainer page.
#1 Best Overall
- At night, the world undergoes a deadly transformation: the hunter becomes the hunted as the infected grow more aggressive and numerous, and something far more sinister awakens to stalk its prey
- Free Running Movement – Whether tracking prey or escaping predators, Dying Light lets players swiftly navigate the world by seamlessly leaping between buildings, grappling up walls and pouncing on unsuspecting enemies
- Dying Light is set in a vast open world, delivering expansive and varied environments, a wide variety of enemy classes and a hopeless tale of survival where resources are scarce and the infected are not the only threat
- Get up-close using a variety of light and heavy weapons including knives, bats, axes, sledgehammers and more exotic weaponry or utilize guns and other firepower to take down enemies from a distance
- Why use a wrench when you can use a wrench wrapped in electrified barb wire Dying Light's sizeable crafting system enables players to create a slew of new, more potent weapons and equipment, as well as specialized ammunition
That distinction matters because trainers are tightly coupled to game executables. A file made for one build can fail silently, activate only some functions, crash the game, or affect the wrong save when used with another build or edition. The page’s version note is the strongest compatibility information available for this particular “+22” entry.
Every option named on the listing
The following list reproduces the named options without adding unlisted features. The names describe intended effects; the pages do not provide independent test results, activation keys, duration limits, or guarantees that each effect works on a current installation.
Health, combat and resources
- Unlimited Health: intended to prevent the player’s health from being depleted.
- One Hit Kill: intended to make attacks defeat affected enemies with one hit.
- Unlimited Stamina: intended to prevent stamina from running down during actions that consume it.
- Unlimited Ammo: intended to keep ammunition available.
- No Reload: intended to remove or bypass the normal reload step.
- Unlimited Throwables: intended to keep throwable equipment available.
- Weapon Durability: intended to prevent or alter normal weapon wear.
Movement, stealth and interaction
- Instant Grappling Hook: intended to make grappling-hook use immediate.
- Ghost Mode: intended to let the player move through or avoid normal physical or detection constraints; the listing does not define its exact behavior.
- Easy Lockpicking: intended to simplify the lockpicking interaction.
Items, money and progression
- Get Items: intended to provide items, although the page does not specify an item-selection interface or inventory limits.
- +50.000 Money: a listed increase of 50,000 in-game currency units. The page does not state whether this is a one-time grant, a repeatable action, or which currency display is affected.
- Level Up (Power & Agility): intended to increase the Power and Agility progression categories.
- Level Up (Survivor Rank): intended to increase Survivor Rank.
- Level Up (Legendary Rank): intended to increase Legendary Rank.
Challenges and timers
- Stop Challenge Timers: intended to stop countdowns associated with challenges. The listing does not identify which challenges are supported.
These names are useful for deciding whether the advertised capabilities match your goal, but they are not a substitute for a compatibility test. In particular, “Get Items,” the three progression entries, and “Ghost Mode” leave important implementation details unspecified.
Which version and edition does it target?
The CheatBook note explicitly says: “Note: This cheat tool is for the original version v1.52.0 of the game Dying Light.” In this context, “original” distinguishes the base game from separately labeled editions or expansions. Match both the edition and the executable version before assuming that the +22 file is relevant.
Other pages use different labels. A GTrainers entry is titled for a trainer with 32 options and identifies version v1.49.0. It is a separate listing, not evidence that the CheatBook +22 file supports v1.49.0. The same GTrainers page also links related Dying Light: The Following trainer entries labeled v1.53 and v1.52 with 2025 dates. Those labels demonstrate why the game edition and build number must be checked together; they do not establish that any of those files works with a current installation.

| Listing | Edition or scope stated on the page | Version label | Option information | What is established |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CheatBook “Dying Light Trainer (+22 Options)” | Original Dying Light | v1.52.0 | 16 named entries are visible in the rendered list | The page states this target version; current operation is not independently verified |
| GTrainers “Dying Light Trainer +32” | Dying Light listing identified by the page | v1.49.0 | Health, stamina, lockpicking, items, crafting, XP, weapon, time and teleport options are listed | A distinct listing with a different option count and version label |
| GTrainers related files | Dying Light: The Following | v1.53 and v1.52, dated 2025 | Separate related trainer entries | The labels show edition/build differences; they do not prove present-day compatibility |
Read the separate version and edition information on the GTrainers listing without merging its specifications into the CheatBook entry.
How to check compatibility before using a trainer
Use a conservative identification process rather than relying on a filename or a “latest” label.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- Identify the game edition. Confirm whether your installation is the original base game or a release labeled The Following or another edition. An expansion-specific listing is not automatically interchangeable with a base-game trainer.
- Record the installed build. Use the game launcher or executable information available on your system and write down the complete version string, including all digits. “1.52” and “1.52.0” should not be treated as proof of an exact match unless the displayed build is actually the same.
- Compare the listing’s target. For the +22 page, the stated target is original Dying Light v1.52.0. If your edition or build differs, classify the file as unverified rather than assuming that a similar number is close enough.
- Protect your saves first. Make a separate copy of your save data before testing any external program. Keep the backup outside the game’s normal save directory so an overwrite cannot remove both copies.
- Test a disposable save. If you proceed, use a save that can be restored and test one function at a time. This makes it easier to identify which option caused a problem and avoids permanently changing progression before you know the result.
- Keep the test isolated. Do not combine several trainers, overlays or modification tools during the first test. Multiple programs can interfere with one another, making a version problem look like a feature problem.
- Stop when behavior is abnormal. A crash, missing inventory, corrupted progression, repeated error, or failure to launch is a reason to close the tool, restore the clean save and reassess the version match. Do not treat a partial activation as proof of compatibility.
The pages do not state activation keys, installation paths or a supported launcher, so no responsible guide can supply exact button presses for this particular file. Follow only instructions that come with the specific download, and do not assume that directions for the separate 32-option listing apply to the +22 entry.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What the option names do—and do not—tell you
Several names imply broad changes, but their boundaries are unknown. “Unlimited Health” might concern the player character rather than every friendly unit; “Unlimited Ammo” might affect a selected weapon rather than all ammunition; and “Weapon Durability” could prevent wear without repairing an already damaged item. The listing does not define those edge cases.
Progression changes deserve extra caution. Increasing Power, Agility, Survivor Rank or Legendary Rank can alter the state of a save rather than merely changing a temporary combat value. Likewise, a 50,000-money action may be a one-time adjustment. Because the source gives no reset procedure, test progression and currency options only on a backed-up, disposable save.
Rank #3
- Includes: Dying Light 2 Stay Human and ‘Bloody Ties’ DLC. (DLC must be downloaded separately.)
- Enjoy the perks of more than 10 post-launch updates. Good luck out there, and stay human!
- VAST OPEN WORLD: Participate in the life of a city engulfed in a new dark era. Discover different paths and hidden passages, as you explore its multiple levels and locations
- CREATIVE & BRUTAL COMBAT: Take advantage of your parkour skills to tip the scales of even the most brutal encounter. Clever thinking, traps and creative weapons will be your best friends
- 2-4 PLAYER CO-OP GAMEPLAY: Play in up to four-player co-op. Host your own games or join others and see how their choices have played out differently than yours
“Ghost Mode” and “Stop Challenge Timers” are similarly underspecified. The former has no documented collision or detection rules in the listing, while the latter does not name the supported challenges. Treat both as advertised intentions, not as a complete technical specification.

Neither referenced page establishes that the +22 file has been independently tested, is free of malware, is authorized by the game publisher, or remains compatible with a current installation. That is an evidence limit, not a claim that the file is malicious. A download’s reputation, scan result or age cannot be inferred from the option list alone.
There is also no supplied confirmation that this trainer is appropriate for multiplayer. Avoid introducing an unverified external tool into an online session, and check the game’s current rules and the terms of the service you use before altering any software. The safest use case supported by the available information is a controlled, offline, single-player experiment with a restorable save; even that remains a recommendation for risk reduction, not a guarantee.
When this listing is the wrong match
- Your build is not the stated original v1.52.0 target: compatibility is unverified, even if the game appears similar.
- You are using The Following or another separately labeled edition: use the edition name as a separate compatibility requirement; related entries on another page are not proof that the +22 file works.
- You need a documented option count: the “+22” heading does not match the 16 named entries visible in the feature text, and no source explains the discrepancy.
- You require safety or publisher approval: neither source supplies that verification.
- You need multiplayer support: the available listings do not establish suitability for online play.
If your installation does match the stated edition and build, the listing can serve as a reference for the advertised categories—health, combat resources, movement, inventory, progression, stealth-style behavior and challenge timers. Whether the file actually delivers those effects on your machine remains something the pages do not prove.
