E-WIN advertises a 155-degree backrest recline. That is substantially farther than an upright desk position and can be useful when you want to lean back between matches, watch a video, or change pressure points. A deep recline is not automatically ergonomic: your screen, keyboard, and arm position must move with you, or you may bend your neck and wrists to reach them.

Use the recline range as a position-change tool rather than a reason to remain still. Set the backrest near upright for keyboard and mouse work, then recline for short intervals. If the chair feels stable and your feet remain supported, a footrest can make occasional reclined use more comfortable; do not use a footrest to compensate for a seat that is too long for your legs.
Rocking mode
The manufacturer lists 15 degrees of rocking. The motion is separate from the backrest’s 155-degree recline: recline changes the backrest angle, while rocking allows the chair to tilt as a unit when the control is released. Read the exact instructions for your edition so you know which lever locks, unlocks, or adjusts tension.
The Windows Central reviewer reported that the rocking-mode lever stopped working properly after a few weeks on the tested sample. That is a documented experience with one chair, not evidence that every Champion develops the same fault. It is nevertheless important because a failed lever can affect how confidently you use the tilt mechanism. Test the control during the return period and stop using the rocking function if the chair will not lock, tilts unexpectedly, or makes new grinding or clicking sounds.

Users near either end of the advertised range should be especially careful. A 6 ft 5 in user may need enough backrest height and shoulder support, while a 5 ft 3 in user may need the lowest seat position and a pillow that can be moved out of the way. A firm seat is not automatically a defect. Some users prefer a dense cushion that resists sagging and provides a stable base for short sessions. The issue is whether the pressure distribution works for your body and routine. If you play for several hours without standing, a stiff cushion can become the deciding factor regardless of the chair’s capacity, recline, or wheelbase.
