That is not confirmation of a widespread game bug, cheating, or the cause of any individual loss. Players still commonly call the game FIFA Mobile.
What EA has acknowledged—and what it has not
In an EA Forums reply to a suspected-cheating post, Community Manager EA_Pulsar wrote: “Hi there — it’s possible the match ended due to a simple network connection/disconnection error, so I’ve removed the attachments from the thread.” The reply identifies a possible network explanation; it does not confirm cheating, a known exploit, or a widespread defect.

EA Staff have also replied to older Head to Head disconnection complaints with mobile troubleshooting guidance and requests for more information. In one thread, EA Staff member EA_Illium wrote: “Thanks for sharing your experience with FC Mobile, Depending on your device can we try going through our troubleshooting guide?” The thread shows a support response, not a finding about the underlying cause.
Player reports are not server-side confirmation
Players have described losing Head to Head matches after disconnects. One forum post reports three losses on August 28–29, 2026, with the error “Cherry 0x0200010F.” That account is a player report; it does not independently establish why the matches ended, how many players were affected, or what EA’s servers recorded.

The available forum statements do not amount to an official incident notice or confirmed root-cause investigation into a widespread Head to Head disconnection issue. Nor do they establish a published disconnection rate. The three-match account is not representative data.
Can another player deliberately disconnect you?
The cited EA response says a match may end because of a simple connection or disconnection error. It does not establish that an opponent can deliberately cause another player’s connection to fail. A disconnect, its timing, or an error message alone is not proof of intentional interference.

EA’s Community Manager directed suspected-cheating reports to official EA Help reporting options and said reports are reviewed and investigated as appropriate. That response describes the reporting route; it does not determine the cause of a particular match ending.

What to include when you report a repeated issue
EA Staff have asked players for details such as their device, connection type, and exact error message. A forum reply also requested diagnostic information in a Head to Head disconnect discussion. Use that kind of detail when describing the problem:

- Your player ID.
- Your device make and model.
- Whether you were using Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- The exact error message or code, if one appeared.
- Whether the issue repeats on another device, if you can check.
- When it happened and whether it has happened more than once.
These details can make a report more specific, but the forum response does not guarantee a support resolution. For suspected cheating, use EA’s official reporting options rather than presenting an unverified cause as fact.
