Both listed editions are available on all three platforms
EA’s official edition FAQ lists Standard and Ultimate Editions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. That establishes edition availability, not identical bonus contents, pricing, or upgrade terms in every territory. The Grounds and Clubs are not excluded from Switch 2

Choose it when your football group is on PlayStation
Your friends’ platform is often more important than a small difference in convenience.
