How to decide whether to keep or cancel
- Compare the benefits with your use. A collection, trials, rewards and eligible purchase discounts may suit you if you play included games or buy EA digital content. Pro’s day-one access applies only to select games, so verify the specific titles that matter to you.
- Compare annual and monthly commitment. Annual membership is paid for a longer period up front. Use the current price in your market rather than the 2024 figures when deciding.
- Check your renewal date and subscription route. EA says cancelling before the next monthly or annual billing date avoids the next period’s charge. The steps to manage a subscription depend on where you bought it, so check your EA account or the relevant platform’s subscription controls. See EA Help’s EA Play Pro instructions and EA’s membership FAQ.
