EA SPORTS FC 25 Fantasy FC Team 2 was reported as a partial leak on February 25–26, 2025, ahead of its February 28 release window. The early list named 13 players, but a February 28 Operation Sports report later described EA’s full reveal: 14 standard player items and seven Heroes. The two lists differ because the early report was incomplete and included names later categorized as Heroes.
What Fantasy FC Team 2 was
Fantasy FC was a live campaign in Football Ultimate Team 25. In EA’s February 21, 2025 announcement, the publisher said real-world player metrics—including goals and clean sheets—informed item ratings and upgrades. Avoiding yellow and red cards was also added as a factor in the upgrade path. Fantasy Heroes had a separate upgrade basis tied to their clubs’ historical performance in upcoming domestic league matches. EA’s campaign announcement provides the official context.

What the February leak reports said
On February 25, Aakash Regmi at Operation Sports reported that Team 1 was live and much of Team 2 had leaked. The following day, Arka Sarkar at Destructoid published a list of 13 expected names: Jamie Carragher, Jari Litmanen, Mario Gomez, Robbie Keane, Tim Howard, Fara Williams, Zé Roberto, Marcus Rashford, Rodrygo, Alphonso Davies, Fermín López, Mathys Tel and Darwin Núñez. Destructoid said the items were expected in packs on February 28 and that official stats and playstyles were not yet known. Operation Sports’ February 25 report and Destructoid’s February 26 report are third-party coverage, not authenticated leak artifacts.
The list should therefore be read as a dated, partial report—not as a confirmed complete roster. The reports reviewed do not establish who first circulated the names or independently authenticate an original leak image or data file.
