What promos were leaked for FC 25 Season 6?
On March 12, 2025, the day before Season 6 began, Operation Sports reported five leaked FUT Birthday Team 2 names: Virgil van Dijk, Harry Maguire, Renato Sanches, Julián Álvarez, and Presnel Kimpembe. The article attributed the names to leak accounts; its publication establishes what was reported at the time, not that EA verified the claims.

The same roundup described Al Owairan as a possible Season 6 reward-track player and Luis Suárez and Carlos Tévez as rumored Squad Building Challenge (SBC) content. Those were speculation and rumors, not confirmed EA announcements.
Who did EA confirm for Season 6?
EA’s March 6 FUT Birthday announcement named Seydou Doumbia, Victor Ibarbo, and Gervinho as returning content. EA said they would be available from March 14 through Objectives and Evolutions, and that FUT Birthday Hero versions would be in the Ultimate Team pack pool.

EA also confirmed that Season 6 was called Memory Lane and would begin Thursday, March 13, as FUT Birthday entered its second week. Its announcement described a nostalgia-led Season Ladder featuring notable names from past Ultimate Team campaigns, including Saudi League stars as a nod to the next World Tour destination. EA did not identify Al Owairan in its description of the season theme.
What was FUT Birthday, and how did it fit the season?
FUT Birthday was the ongoing promotion around the Season 6 launch. EA said it celebrated 16 years of Ultimate Team and that every FUT Birthday player received five-star skill moves and a five-star weak foot. Memory Lane added a separate season theme centered on nostalgic player content; the two were related in timing, but they were not the same content announcement.

What happened with the reported Season 6 reward track?
A March 13, 2025 guide to the released reward ladder listed Al Owairan at level 40 and highlighted World Tour and Champions special cards. That later guide describes the track after launch; it is not proof that every pre-launch leak was accurate or that EA had announced those details in advance.
