A 29 August 2025 report described a leaked “Top 50” for EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team, but it was not a confirmed list from EA—and it included both men and women, not 50 men. EA later published official men’s and women’s top-26 lists on 8 September 2025. In the official men’s list, Mohamed Salah and Kylian Mbappé lead at 91 overall.
What did the reported FC 26 ratings leak claim?
On 29 August 2025, Soccer Gaming published a reported list of 50 top-rated Ultimate Team cards, attributing it to community accounts @exofifa_ and @RadarFC_. The outlet said EA had not confirmed the list when it was published. It also characterized the accounts as having a strong track record, but supplied no accuracy statistic; that description is the outlet’s, not independently established evidence. The “Top 50” was mixed-gender. Its four 91-rated players were Mohamed Salah, Alexia Putellas, Kylian Mbappé and Aitana Bonmatí. The headline-style phrase “50 best men’s players leaked” therefore overstates what the report contained.
Who are the highest-rated men in EA’s official FC 26 list?
EA published its official men’s and women’s top-26 lists on 8 September 2025. The men’s leaders were:

How should you read the leak and the official ratings?
They were published at different times and have different status
The leak report appeared on 29 August and was explicitly unconfirmed by EA at publication. EA’s separate top-26 announcements followed on 8 September. The official lists are the appropriate source for confirmed top men’s and women’s ratings; the earlier article remains a report of what was alleged.

The published “Top 50” is not a men-only ranking
Soccer Gaming’s reported list mixed men’s and women’s Ultimate Team cards. EA’s official announcement, by contrast, presented separate men’s and women’s top-26 lists. EA says men’s and women’s teams play separately in game modes, so the official groupings should not be read as a single cross-gender match-up ranking. EA’s ratings announcement and methodology notes
Overall rating is a game rating, not an objective verdict on real-world ability
EA says Ultimate Team ratings take players’ leagues and the real-world opponents they face into account. Its announcement also describes a roster of more than 20,000 players across more than 750 clubs and more than 35 leagues. Those figures describe EA’s stated game roster and competitions; they do not turn an overall rating into a universal measure of who is best at football.

Do not assume every live card has the same scope
The reported list is described as a set of Ultimate Team cards, while EA’s dated announcement confirms the top-26 overall ratings. These sources do not establish that every later live database entry has the same scope or item type, so the reported top 50 should not be treated as a definitive guide to all cards available in Ultimate Team.
