The Twinsage crown is a guaranteed drop from a Crystal Crab on the elevated exterior route near the Church of Cuckoo.
All nine Glintstone Crowns
The collection list includes these nine in-game headpieces. Exact pickup directions are established here for the three Academy crowns; the available location references do not provide enough detail to give reliable routes for the other six.

The nine-item count and names are listed by Gamer Guides’ all-crowns collection. The Academy locations are covered in its Academy of Raya Lucaria equipment guide.
Karolos Glintstone Crown
- Travel to the Debate Parlor Site of Grace in the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
- Search the nearby area for the crown pickup. The Academy equipment guide places it near the grace.
The item description calls it “One of the glintstone crowns bestowed upon Raya Lucaria scholars whose pursuits were deemed worthy.” It identifies the Karolos Conspectus as the academy’s oldest lineage, associated with sorcerer Azur and the study of comets. This is in-game item text, not a real-world quotation; see the Karolos Glintstone Crown entry.

The location reference identifies the vicinity, but does not specify a more exact landmark or route.
Twinsage Glintstone Crown
- Start at the Debate Parlor Site of Grace and take the rooftop route out from the nearby exterior.
- Climb to the first tower, then continue across the roofs, dropping between roof levels as needed.

- Collaborating with George R.R. Martin to create the ELDEN RING mythos has been a genuinely delightful experience and a source of wonderful inspiration. The team is working hard to ensure that the world of ELDEN RING will be a fascinating place for players to explore, filled with peril and wonder from its furthest reaches to its lowest depths. This is a FromSoftware title through and through, rich in fantasy and RPG action. We sincerely hope you look forward to it.
- Building the world of ELDEN RING with Miyazaki-san and his team was a treat! The graphics, mythos, and action-RPG gameplay will deliver an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait for people to see what ELDEN RING has in store for them.” Said George R.R. Martin.
Where to find the other six crowns
Lazuli, Lusat’s, Hierodas, Azur’s, Witch’s, and Haima appear in the all-crowns list, but the available references do not substantiate exact locations or acquisition steps for them. Do not treat their inclusion in the list as evidence that they are all Academy pickups: only Karolos, Olivinus, and Twinsage have Academy location details established here.
The item pages describe Hierodas and Witch’s as crowns bestowed on worthy Raya Lucaria scholars. The Hierodas entry also notes that the crown’s crystal does not glow when using Erudition; that is a visual distinction, not a location clue. See the Hierodas and Witch’s Glintstone Crown entries.
