The February 2025 Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test comparison reported separate Quality and Performance modes on PS5, PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. Performance mode was estimated at about 60 FPS, but the comparison’s creator said none of the versions held that rate steadily. Those are observations from a development build, not official specifications or confirmed benchmarks for the released game.

ElAnalistaDeBits published its comparison on 15 February 2025. Its video description gives common resolution and frame-rate observations for the test build; the figures below are estimates, not manufacturer or publisher specifications. View the comparison.

In the comparison’s account, Quality mode favors higher reported resolution, while Performance mode targets a higher frame rate with dynamic resolution. The PS5 Pro result stands out in the estimates: its Performance mode is described as commonly running at about 2160p, while the other three consoles’ Performance modes are described as dynamic 1080p.
Was Performance mode a stable 60 FPS?
The third-party accounts disagree. ElAnalistaDeBits’ video description says that 60 FPS was not stable on any version in the development build, qualifying its roughly 60 FPS Performance-mode estimates. GamingBolt’s contemporaneous coverage characterized Performance mode as reaching a stable 60 FPS target on current-generation consoles. These are conflicting reports, not an official determination of frame-rate stability.

What the comparison can—and cannot—tell you
The figures describe a Network Test build, not a retail benchmark. The test took place before the game’s 30 May 2025 release, and its estimates should not be treated as measurements of the released version without later, platform-specific testing. The available comparison covers only PS5, PS5 Pro, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.
Bandai Namco lists Nightreign for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. Kadokawa’s release information also gives 30 May 2025 as the release date and lists the console families and Steam. Neither official platform list provides per-platform console mode benchmarks, so the Network Test figures cannot be extended to PS4, Xbox One, or PC.

Official PC performance guidance
Bandai Namco’s version 1.01 patch notes advise PC players experiencing significant frame-rate drops to try Medium or Low graphics settings, lower screen resolution, and install current graphics-card drivers.
