The Well Depths Key is in Belurat Tower Settlement, in a room reached from the Storeroom Key room by crossing rooftops and a covered bridge. From the Private Altar Site of Grace, follow the upper route around the waterfall to reach it. The key opens the iron grating at the bottom of the well near Belurat’s first Site of Grace.
How to find the Well Depths Key in Belurat

Start at the Private Altar Site of Grace. Leave heading west and continue along the route. A Hornsent Knight patrols here; avoid it or defeat it.

At the dead end near the yellow waterfall, head north. Follow the path until you can reach the stream before the waterfall.

Go through the doorway into the room with a ladder. The Storeroom Key is here. It is a landmark for this route, not the Well Depths Key.

Leave the room and turn left. Jump across the nearby rooftops, then make your way to the covered bridge.

Cross the bridge and enter the room beyond it. Search the room to find the Well Depths Key.
Where to use the Well Depths Key

Start from the first Belurat Site of Grace and take the southwest route toward the plaza with the large fountain.

Find the well at the side of the plaza and climb down to the iron grating.

Use the Well Depths Key on the grating to open it.
