Find him invading at the southern end of the Capital Outskirts moat, or kill him earlier in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds; those are alternative routes, and the reference describes them as mutually exclusive. The weapon weighs 10.0, requires 19 Dexterity and 15 Strength when one-handed (10 when two-handing), and has 55 passive blood-loss buildup. Eldenpedia’s Sword of Milos entry lists its weapon values and acquisition details.
Sword of Milos location: how to get it
The Dung Eater drops the Sword of Milos through either of two routes. Choose one: the reference describes them as mutually exclusive, so do not expect to collect both sets of drops in one run.
