Before you leave Shoryo
- Speak with Shoryo and accept “PETS COME HOME…”.
- Open the jobs or inventory interface and verify that the job is listed as active.
- Check the options menu for the current control layout. The game exposes its controls there, and the exact bindings are easier to confirm in your installation than from a generic key list.
- Plan to revisit Shoryo after the fourth pet. The job is completed by turning the animals in, not merely by reaching four locations.
Talking to non-player characters more than once can produce additional dialogue. If a landmark or objective seems unclear, speak with nearby characters again and review the dialogue and jobs menus before retracing the whole map.

Pet 1: behind the triangular rock near the circus tent
How to reach it
- From the town-square area, identify the sentient circus tent.
- Find the nearby triangular rock.
- Walk around behind the rock. The pet is tucked out of sight on the rear side rather than in the open square.
- Use the red trail and the proximity sound to make the final adjustment if the pet is not immediately visible.
This is the simplest search because the rock and tent form a compact landmark pair. If you hear the pet but cannot see it, circle the entire back edge of the rock instead of moving farther across the square.
Pet 2: inside the cave
Finding the entrance
The cave pet is reached through a low opening in a rectangular structure. The opening is easy to overlook because it is low enough that ENA must crouch to pass through. If a normal-height passage appears to lead deeper inside, it is probably not the intended entrance.

One walkthrough describes this route: take the leftmost path, turn right at a passage marked by purple stains on both sides, crouch through the low section, and then turn left. Another guide condenses the route to left, left, right, left. Because the descriptions are not worded identically, treat the marks and the pet sound as your authoritative orientation rather than trying to force every turn into one fixed sequence.

- Choose the leftmost path at the first split.
- Look for the passage with purple stains on both sides. Depending on your position, this may feel like a second left before the right turn described by the longer route.
- Turn toward the low passage, crouch through it, and take the left turn beyond it.
- Stop and listen whenever the route branches. The distinctive sound should become stronger as you approach the pet.
If the cave route does not match
- Backtrack to the last visible red mark rather than wandering into unmarked tunnels.
- Use the purple-stained passage as a landmark, not as proof that every turn must match a particular written map.
- Make sure ENA is actually crouching; a low opening can look like a dead end when the required stance is not active.
Pet 3: on top of the slanted, broken building
Landmarks
The third pet is above ground level on a slanted, damaged building. One location description places the building toward the business-suit billboard; another uses the headless Taxi Driver as the landmark. Both references point to the same kind of search: find the conspicuous broken structure and climb it rather than looking around its base.

Climbing route
- Locate the slanted, broken building near the billboard or the headless Taxi Driver landmark.
- Approach the lowest accessible platform.
- Jump from platform to platform, adjusting your angle before each leap.
- Continue upward until you reach the top surface.
- Follow any red trail across the upper section and listen for the pet’s sound.
If you reach the building but hear nothing, check the surrounding platforms and the roofline. The objective is at the top, so searching only the ground-level debris will not complete this part of the job.
Pet 4: beside the stranded ship
Reaching the enclosure
- Find the stranded ship and identify the yellow void around it.
- Follow the ground around the void instead of trying to approach the ship directly from every side.
- Continue toward the ship’s left side, where an enclosed area contains the pet.
- Use the red marks and proximity sound to locate the exact spot inside the enclosure.
The gap and sprint jump
The route can include a gap that requires a sprint jump. Confirm the sprint and jump controls in the options menu, build enough running distance, and jump from the edge rather than stopping directly in front of it. If ENA falls short, return to the previous solid section and begin the run earlier; repeatedly jumping from a standing start usually gives less distance.

- Visit all four areas: the triangular rock, cave, broken-building roof, and ship enclosure.
- When the fourth pet has been collected, return to Shoryo.
- Speak with Shoryo to turn in the job and receive the reward.
The ENA Wiki specifies a reward of 10 chocolates. Another walkthrough confirms that chocolates are awarded but does not state an amount; the explicit quantity comes from the Wiki’s quest information.
Are there cheats or working codes?
No reliable source establishes a general cheat menu, developer console command list, or universal cheat-code system for ENA: Dream BBQ. Do not assume that a number found on a cheat website unlocks items, skips the pet quest, or works in every version.

- Cave: return to the low rectangular opening and crouch; then use the purple stains and red marks to orient yourself.
- Broken building: climb all platforms to the top instead of searching the rubble below.
- Ship: follow the ground around the yellow void to the left-side enclosure and check whether a gap requires a sprint jump.
The game does not seem to record a pet
Open the jobs listing and verify the objective count or learned information. If the entry has not changed, revisit the exact landmark and interact or move close enough for the proximity cue to trigger. Returning to Shoryo before all four are registered will not complete the job.

Availability and editions
Steam lists ENA: Dream BBQ as a free-to-play, single-player adventure and identifies Chapter 1, “Lonely Door,” as available. The same listing describes a digital Supporter Edition containing behind-the-scenes material, hidden Hourglass Dog collectibles, concept art, animations, screenshots, commentary, GIFs, and wallpapers. It is an optional digital upgrade rather than a requirement for the four-pet quest.
Steam also says later chapters are in development and planned as paid releases. Chapter availability and release plans can change, so check the current store listing before treating that status as permanent. Nothing in the documented pet walkthrough requires purchasing the Supporter Edition.
