What is Enchanted Sigil: Living Dreams?
It is a bind-on-pickup, unique (5) consumable exclusive to WoW Classic: Season of Discovery and categorized as Phase 3 content. It is an in-game item, not a physical product. Warcraft Wiki lists a character-level requirement of 50 and an Enchanting skill requirement of 250. Warcraft Wiki and Wowhead’s item record both identify it as a Season of Discovery item.
How do you get the recipe?
The formula is associated with the Phase 3 epic crafting quest chain. Warcraft Wiki names the level-50 quest Waking the Nightmare and says to speak with the Shadowy Figure in Moonglade. Warcraft Tavern’s Phase 3 epic crafting quest guide also connects the formula to that quest chain. What materials does crafting require?
The listed recipe uses five Dream Dust and one Runed Truesilver Rod. The rod is a crafting tool; the dust and rod are in-game materials, not retail goods. The ingredient list is reported by Warcraft Wiki and Wowhead’s item record.

What does the sigil do?
Using the item grants an effect lasting 30 minutes, and it can only be applied outside combat. The reported bonus values conflict: Warcraft Wiki lists up to +50 spell damage and healing and +50 attack power, while Wowhead’s item record lists +30 for each. Neither record establishes which value is current, so check the item’s current in-game tooltip before relying on a specific bonus.
