Epic Games Store’s May 2025 giveaway was Super Space Club, a single-player arcade space shooter. It was free to add to an Epic library from May 1 through May 8, 2025, but that offer has expired.
Which game was free on the Epic Games Store?
Super Space Club was the giveaway reported on May 1, 2025. Notebookcheck said the game could be added to an Epic Games Store library at no cost until May 8, when the store’s free-game offer was due to update.
Notebookcheck reported its regular Epic Games Store and Steam price as $14.99 at the time. That figure describes the price in the May 1, 2025 report, not a continuing offer or a guaranteed current price.
What kind of game is Super Space Club?
Epic’s game listing describes it as a single-player Windows game developed and published by GrahamOfLegend. It is a lo-fi arcade space shooter built around wave-based battles. Players can choose pilots, ships and weapons, with physics-based thrusting and an original score among its features.

Can you still claim the May 2025 giveaway?
No. The May 1–8, 2025 claim window is over, so this particular promotion cannot be claimed now. Epic’s current product listing is separate from the expired giveaway and should be checked for the game’s present availability and price.
Where to check Epic’s current free games
For active promotions, use Epic’s official Free Games page; Epic Support also directs users there to find free games. The page currently advertises a weekly giveaway cadence, with a new free game every Thursday on mobile and PC. It also says the Epic Games app is globally available on Android and available in supported regions on iPhone and iPad. Those are current page statements and do not mean Super Space Club remains free.
