According to the wiki, Prapor sends the quest supplies through in-game mail. The objective is to place one of each item at every destination, for nine placements total:
- 3 Packs of Arseniy buckwheat
- 3 Bottles of Tarkovskaya vodka
- 3 Iskra ration packs

Where to stash the supplies
At each destination, stash one buckwheat, one vodka, and one Iskra ration pack. The three stops are on separate maps, so plan to complete them in separate raids unless your version of the game provides another way to reach them.
Woods: Scav house near Outskirts

Reserve: guard barrack near the Woods transition
Look for the guard barrack near the transition toward Woods and close to the railway station. The wiki’s quest dialogue describes the hiding place as a room near the entrance and lockers. Place one of each supply there. Official Escape from Tarkov Wiki; TarkovHead.
Interchange: riverside shack
Go to the shack by the river. The wiki calls it the Path to River shack in the smuggler camp; TarkovHead describes a temporary shack near the Path to Shoreline extraction, with a fuel tanker and bridge as landmarks. Because the location names differ between the references, rely on the in-game objective marker if it is available rather than treating either naming convention as definitive.
