There are nine dataslates associated with Demerium in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2: four in the campaign mission Dawn’s Descent, three in Bellum Sempiternus, and two in the Reliquary Operation. Use the objective text and landmarks below to find each one, then check the Dataslate Repository on the Battle Barge for anything you missed.

The entries below follow the original Data Mining checklist. The wider set contains 35 dataslates: 23 campaign entries and 12 across the first six Operations, according to UrGameTips’ August 2026 guide; PowerPyx’s 2024 collectible guide also reports 35. Other interactable audio logs or later recordings may not be part of that original set.
Dawn’s Descent: four dataslates
1. Effects of Noctilith Exposure
When the objective changes to Advance to the cathedral, take the floating-platform and jetpack route toward the cathedral. Before jetpacking up the building, check the left corner for the slate.
2. Tomb Excavation, Analog Backup Log 8.6
At Advance to the Mechanicus Facility, continue after the cathedral defense and transition into the cemetery. Take the path left, then keep choosing the leftmost branches until you reach a dead end between a crypt and a statue.

How to check for missed dataslates
- On the Battle Barge, open the Dataslate Repository to see which entries you have collected.
- Replay the relevant mission or Operation for any missing entry. The location guides report that missed dataslates can be recovered this way.
- Use the objective wording above to identify the right section, and check side paths before drops, elevators, or other transitions that may make backtracking difficult.
Dataslates are a separate collectible from Armoury Data, Gene-Seeds, and Research Data. The location directions in this guide follow PowerPyx’s 2024 walkthrough; the overall count and replay-and-repository guidance are also supported by UrGameTips’ August 2026 guide.
