Bob’s hidden door is in the tall rock formation near Virelia, by the Forgotten Dome. Knock until he asks for 15 ducks, collect them in any order, then return and knock again. The route below accounts for all 15 reported locations across six areas. Check Roblox to confirm Abyss and the quest are currently available: Roblox’s listing for Abyss by Deep Spirit Games reported no running experiences when checked on October 4, 2026, and the location guides date to February 2026.
How to start Bob’s duck quest
- From the Forgotten Dome, head past Virelia toward the tall rock formation.
- Find the door embedded in the rocks and knock repeatedly until Bob responds and requests 15 ducks. The guide reports no formal quest marker.
- Collect the ducks in any order using the route below.
- Return to the same door and knock again after collecting all 15 to enter Bob’s shop.
All 15 reported duck locations
This route follows AllThings. How’s February 11, 2026 guide. Its regional totals are three in Forgotten Deep, two in the Ocean, two in Morveth’s Cave, three in Ancient Sands, three in Spirit Roots, and two in Angler Cave. The same publisher’s companion guide gives that overall distribution, but guides differ on how some locations are categorized; the list below uses one coherent route rather than combining conflicting descriptions.
Forgotten Deep — 3 ducks
- Inside the blue shipping container: Near spawn, find Billy beside the dark blue container. Squeeze through its narrow doorway; the duck is on the floor inside.
- In the tree behind the developer table: Go left past the Harpoon vendor to the table with developer NPCs. Climb the tree behind them to reach the duck in its branches.
- On the rock formation by Virelia: Climb to the top of the formation containing Bob’s door. The guide reports a duck and a treasure chest there.
Ocean — 2 ducks
- Behind the Diver: Swim past the Diver’s submarine and check the small hill behind him. The guide says this spot is shallow enough that a special Tube is not required.
- At the southeast edge: Search the far southeastern map boundary near the Lost Captain’s shipwreck area. The guide cautions that the depth may require a better Tube.
Morveth’s Cave — 2 ducks
The guide recommends a Boat Tube for the oxygen demand on this route.
- Behind the waterfall chest: Find the small waterfall on the right inside the cave. Climb the steps and check behind the chest at the top.
- On the ledge overlooking Morveth: From the waterfall, turn around and climb the wall between the pond and the flowing-water cave entrance. Look by the chest on the upper ledge.
Ancient Sands — 3 ducks
The guide places this region at roughly 240 meters and recommends a Boat Tube or Oxygen Pods. It says Crazy Jeff’s cave shop restores oxygen, making it a possible refill stop.

- At Crazy Jeff’s Store: To the right of Jeff, search behind a pillar near the radio; circle behind the counter.
- At Grumpy Hank’s tower: Climb the tower left of the main path. At the top, check between Hank’s couch and the crates. The guide says oxygen neither drains nor refills there, so refill at Jeff’s before going up.
- In Crab Cave: Descend left below Hank’s tower and follow the cave corridor to the end. The duck is reported near chests and the Crab Scroll.
Spirit Roots — 3 ducks
The guide recommends tubes rated for about 375–460 meters, naming Rukiry or Zepline. It also says access to Victor’s shop requires local quest progress and reviving the Spirit Root tree.
- Behind Victor’s shop: In the main cave, find Victor’s shop and search behind it. The guide says you must complete the associated questline and revive the Spirit Root tree to access the shop.
- In Golem’s Cave: Exit the main cave and head right to the large cave mouth. Take the left branch, then enter the smaller cave on the left near the end. The duck is beside the Golem; the guide describes this passage as oxygen-neutral.
- Above the far-edge rock barrier: Near the far end of the map, look above the rock-blocked area for a ledge with the duck.
Angler Cave — 2 ducks
The guide says you must complete the Lost Captain’s full quest chain to unlock Angler Cave.

What Bob’s shop offers—and what remains uncertain
The February 2026 guide reports that Bob’s shop sells a Plunger Gun and Bath Tube. It lists the Plunger Gun at 235,000 currency, while Abyss Wiki search-result text lists 321,987. Because those prices conflict and current in-game pricing is not established, check the shop itself if the experience is available. The sources do not establish the Bath Tube’s current price or stats, or whether these details changed after February 2026.
One other guide disagreement affects route labels: Pro Game Guides’ February 15, 2026 article is explicitly incomplete and labels the duck on Bob’s-door rock as an Ocean location. It should not be treated as a complete alternative list.
