Seven distinct games were released into free-to-claim or featured-free availability on the Epic Games Store PC storefront during April 2026. The list includes the overlapping TOMAK: Save the Earth Regeneration promotion, while the April 30 rotation also carried into May with Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure and Firestone – Idle Clicker Online RPG.
There are eight calendar promotion lines rather than seven because TOMAK overlapped two weekly periods, and Firestone was featured alongside Oddsparks despite being a permanently free-to-play base game rather than a premium game temporarily reduced to zero.

April 2–April 9: Clone Drone in the Danger Zone
Clone Drone in the Danger Zone was the main Epic weekly giveaway at the start of April. It is a robot-themed voxel arena fighter in which the player’s mind has been placed inside a robot gladiator. Survival depends on timing attacks, avoiding damage, cutting through opponents, and spending upgrades effectively.

Epic’s listing describes the game as supporting single-player, online multiplayer, co-op, competitive play, and cross-platform features. Doborog Games is credited as both developer and publisher. The normal listed base-game price was $19.99.
April 2–April 16: TOMAK: Save the Earth Regeneration
TOMAK: Save the Earth Regeneration was an additional promotion that overlapped two weekly rotations. It was claimable from April 2 through April 16, so it should be counted once in the monthly total even though it appeared across both the April 2 and April 9 calendar periods.
The game is a retro life-simulation title based on the 2001 PC cult game. The player cares for Evian, the Goddess of Love, who is trapped in a flowerpot. The objective is to nurture her over a three-year in-game period while attempting to save humanity.

Netmarble Monster is listed as both developer and publisher. Epic’s product page listed the normal base-game price as $8.99 and an Epic release date of April 1, 2026. That release date is separate from the free promotion’s April 2 start date.
April 9–April 16: Prop Sumo
Prop Sumo replaced Clone Drone in the main weekly slot. It is a party fighting game built around ordinary objects competing for the highest score. Its roster includes more than 40 playable props, while matches use items, dynamic arenas, and physics-driven combat.

Epic lists 22 items, nine dynamic maps, private lobbies, a server browser, and support for two to six players. Barrel Roll Games GmbH & Co. KG is credited as developer and publisher. The normal listed price was $9.99.
Prop Sumo’s Epic product release date was also April 9, 2026—the same day its free offer began. As with TOMAK, the commercial release date and promotion start date should not be treated as interchangeable in a historical list.

The Stone of Madness is a real-time tactical stealth game set in an 18th-century Spanish Jesuit monastery containing both a madhouse and an inquisitorial prison.
The campaign follows five prisoners, each with different abilities. Players combine those abilities to investigate two possible escape plans while dealing with guards, a continuously moving timeline, paranormal dangers, sanity, and trauma systems. The game is listed in the adventure, stealth, and strategy categories and supports single-player play and controllers.
The historical listing records a normal base-game price of $29.99. Its design makes it the most methodical entry in the month’s lineup: success depends less on arena reflexes and more on observation, planning, and managing the consequences of each action.

- An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.
- Redemption: Online
Because its free period began on April 30, it belongs in an April release calendar even though the claim window ended in May. It is also the month’s clearest fit for players who prefer building production systems and managing an expanding settlement to direct combat.
April 30–May 7: Firestone – Idle Clicker Online RPG
Firestone – Idle Clicker Online RPG was featured in the same April 30 rotation as Oddsparks, but it needs a different label. Epic presents Firestone as a permanently free-to-play base game with possible in-app purchases, rather than a premium game temporarily offered at no cost.
It is a casual online idle RPG focused on collecting and upgrading heroes, running AFK battles, joining guilds, and participating in solo or multiplayer activities. Holyday Studios is listed as the developer, and the game’s original Epic release date is April 25, 2023—not April 30, 2026.
For that reason, Firestone is included as a title featured in April’s free-game rotation, but it should not be presented as a conventional one-week premium giveaway.
What counts in this April 2026 list?
- Seven distinct games: each title is counted once, even when a promotion spans more than one weekly period.
- Eight promotion lines: TOMAK appears across the April 2 and April 9 periods, while Oddsparks and Firestone share the April 30 rotation.
- April 30 offers are included: their claim windows began in April, even though they ran until May 7.
- PC storefront only: the list covers games newly available to claim or play free through the Epic Games Store PC storefront.
- Mobile-only promotions are excluded: Epic mobile offers are not part of this calendar.
- Permanent free-to-play catalog games are generally excluded: Firestone is included only because it was specifically featured in the April 30 rotation.
- Commercial April releases are not automatically included: a game had to enter a qualifying Epic free promotion during the month.
- Other platforms and services are excluded: Amazon Luna redemptions and games released commercially elsewhere do not count.
If one of the games will not launch on your Windows PC
These offers do not require a third-party system optimizer or driver utility. First check the game’s Epic page, Windows Update, the official support page for your graphics hardware, available disk space, and the game’s files through the Epic Games Launcher. A controller or multiplayer issue may also be specific to the game or its network configuration rather than to Windows itself.

For readers already dealing with broader Windows launch, storage, or performance problems, an optional Windows PC troubleshooting tool may help diagnose common system issues. Treat it as an optional resource—not a requirement for any title here—and use official Microsoft and hardware-manufacturer guidance where appropriate. Review what it will change before applying repairs, and do not assume it can fix a game-specific bug.
The optional tool mentioned here is Outbyte PC Repair, but it is not required for claiming or launching any of these games.
Disclosure: this troubleshooting mention is an optional commercial recommendation and is not an endorsement that the listed games require the service.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many free Epic Games Store games were released in April 2026?
There were seven distinct games in the April 2026 PC rotation: TOMAK: Save the Earth Regeneration, Clone Drone in the Danger Zone, Prop Sumo, The Stone of Madness, DOOMBLADE, Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure, and Firestone – Idle Clicker Online RPG.
Why are there eight promotion lines if there are only seven games?
TOMAK ran from April 2 through April 16 and therefore overlapped two weekly periods. Firestone was also listed alongside Oddsparks in the April 30 rotation. Counting unique titles produces seven games.
Did the April 30 Epic free games end in April?
No. Oddsparks and Firestone began their free or featured windows on April 30 and remained listed through May 7. They are included because the promotion started during April.
Is Firestone a normal Epic weekly giveaway?
No. Firestone is presented as a permanently free-to-play base game with possible in-app purchases. It was featured in the April 30 rotation but was not a premium game temporarily reduced to zero.
The Bottom Line
April 2026’s Epic Games Store PC calendar contained seven distinct qualifying titles. The month moved from robot arena combat and a retro life simulation to party fighting, tactical stealth, metroidvania exploration, automation strategy, and a permanently free-to-play idle RPG. The key counting detail is that TOMAK overlapped two weeks, while the final April offers continued into May.
