How were the codes redeemed?
When the codes were active, players could redeem them through the official Genshin Impact redemption website. HoYoverse’s Help Center explains that successfully redeemed rewards are sent to the player’s in-game mail. The Version 5.3 program description also said that its reward mail expired after 30 days, so players needed to claim it before then. These instructions do not make the expired codes redeemable today.
