This is release-year order—not story chronology—and a practical list of major console and handheld titles, not a verified catalog of every mobile game, port, regional edition, or reissue.
TT Games LEGO games by release year
The sequence below follows a fan-produced working chronology, ordered by each title’s first release year. Platform-specific versions and release dates can vary by region. Official TT Games pages confirm selected dates, but not every entry in the list.
- 2005: LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game
- 2006: LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy; Bionicle Heroes
- 2007: LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga
- 2008: LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures; LEGO Batman: The Videogame
- 2009: LEGO Battles; LEGO Rock Band; LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues
- 2010: LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1–4
- 2011: LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars; LEGO Battles: Ninjago; LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean; LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5–7
- 2012: LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes; LEGO The Lord of the Rings
- 2013: LEGO City Undercover; LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins; LEGO Legends of Chima: Laval’s Journey; LEGO Marvel Super Heroes; LEGO Friends
- 2014: The LEGO Movie Videogame; LEGO The Hobbit
- 2015: LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids; LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham; LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin; LEGO Jurassic World; LEGO Dimensions
- 2016: LEGO Marvel’s Avengers; LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens
- 2017: LEGO Worlds; The LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game; LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2
- 2018: LEGO The Incredibles; LEGO DC Super-Villains
- 2019: The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame
- 2020: No new TT Games LEGO game. Jonathan Smith, TT Games’ Head of the Development Team and Strategic Director, said in the LEGO Group’s Bits N’ Bricks transcript: “2020 will be the first year, since 2005, that we have not released a brand new LEGO game.”
- 2021: No major console or handheld title appears in the cited working chronology; that does not establish that no mobile or other release occurred.
- 2022: LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
- 2023–2025: No major console or handheld release is identified in the working chronology. This does not rule out other types of releases or updates.
- 2026: LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight
What counts as “every” TT Games LEGO game?
There is no single official, complete, platform-by-platform catalog in the available sources. The chronology above is best read as a core list of major console and handheld releases, not a definitive inventory of every game-like release associated with TT Games.
Whether a title belongs in an all-inclusive list depends on the rules used. Mobile and browser games, ports, compilations, regional editions, reissues, and LEGO Dimensions toy packs are not consistently treated as standalone game releases. The fan-produced chronology is useful for the central sequence, but edge cases need individual verification.

How release order differs from story order
Release order answers when each game first appeared, not where its events fit in a film, television, or franchise timeline. The list also spans unrelated LEGO properties, so it is not a single continuous story to play from beginning to end. For a franchise-specific playthrough, choose the relevant series and follow its story or source-material order instead.

TT Games lists The LEGO Movie Videogame as released on 14 February 2014, LEGO Jurassic World on 12 June 2015, and LEGO Worlds on 07 March 2017. Those official title pages support the dates for those games only; they do not independently verify every year in the chronology.
