R.E.P.O.’s v0.3.0 Monster Update added ten enemies: Bella, Birthday Boy, Elsa, Tick, Gambit, Headgrab, Heart Hugger, Oogly, Cleanup Crew, and Loom. The update went live on October 30, 2025; the official announcement confirms the ten-enemy count, while the names come from published monster rosters.
All ten monsters added in v0.3.0
The following names are listed as additions in the v0.3.0 roster. The official Steam announcement confirms that the update added ten enemies, but its captured patch-note excerpt does not name them individually.

The roster spelling is “Headgrab,” although another source calls the enemy “Head Grabber.” “Oogly” also appears as “Ooly” in a community post. Treat these as naming discrepancies, not additional monsters.

v0.3.0 was a broader content update, not just an enemy drop. Its official Steam announcement describes new player mechanics and upgrades, while the location additions and content counts are listed in the update coverage.

New mechanics and upgrades
- Death Head Possession: A dead player can spend a recharging battery to possess their head and interact with living teammates.
- Tumble Grab: Players can grab objects, items, and weapons while tumbling.
- Death Head Battery and Tumble Climb: Two upgrades added with the update.
Locations, rooms, and valuables
- Swift Broom Academy: 24 valuables and one room added.
- Headman Manor: Eight valuables and two rooms added.
- McJannek Station: 22 valuables added.
- Museum of Human Art: 20 rooms added.
The announcement also lists additional Tax Man messages and expanded Steam and Discord presence features.

The available roster sources establish the ten names, but they do not provide a verified, complete breakdown of each enemy’s behavior, counters, or threat level. A secondary roster describes Bella as a poltergeist on a red tricycle and Cleanup Crew as an amalgamation of heads that fires its primary head; those brief descriptions are not enough to establish full tactics. Check current in-game information before relying on specific behavior or strategy claims.
